Product Introduction
Polyurethane foam two-component is a type of polyurethane foam that is created through the mixing of two separate components( polyol and isocyanate). There are open cell polyurethane and closed cell polyurethane. It often referred to simply as PU foam,it's widely used in various applications due to its versatility and unique properties.
Features of two-component polyurethane insulation technology:
1. Insulation performance: Two-component polyurethane has excellent insulation performance, and its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.027 (mW/m·K);
2. Flame retardant performance: Two-component polyurethane insulation material has good flame retardant performance. Carbonized in case of fire, does not melt;
3. Bonding ability: Two-component polyurethane achieves seamless bonding with base materials such as concrete and masonry, and has strong bonding ability;
4. Construction convenience: When using two-component polyurethane to fill the aluminum profile cavity, the equipment and workshop do not need to be explosion-proof, and the workers can operate safely.
5. Fast curing: Two-component polyurethane can be quickly cured after mixing, which is suitable for fast construction.
