K2000 Product Feature

1. Designed for 1:1 two-component polyurethane materials (200-1000CPS viscosity at working temperature), the K2000 features a full pneumatic drive mode. It delivers a maximum working pressure of 20MPa and a 10kg/min max output, paired with independent temperature control for A/B materials and heated hoses (max 80°C fluid temperature). Adopting variable frequency temperature control and real-time temperature sensors, it ensures material temperature stability with minimal fluctuations, guaranteeing uniform and high-quality spraying for thermal insulation projects.

2. The K2000 is built for convenience and durability in every detail. It holds CE certification, with an operation tip-equipped panel for quick setup; the booster pump features a simple structure for easy disassembly and maintenance, and its stop reset function prevents ISO crystallization damage to seals and pump shafts. The integrated heated hose is covered with a wear-resistant insulating sleeve, effectively preserving material temperature and avoiding leakage or short circuits. Filtering devices are installed on transfer pumps, the mainframe, and the alloy spray gun to filter impurities and reduce gun clogging, while the spray gun itself is lightweight with few wearing parts for effortless use and upkeep. It also comes with high-precision MPa/PSI dual-unit pressure gauges and an action counter for accurate raw material calculation.

The standard configuration includes a full mainframe set, 2 transfer pumps, 15m heated hose, alloy spray gun, English user manual, protective gear, and spare parts, with an optional 60m max heated hose and 220V/380V voltage to meet diverse customer needs.
